Observed heavily soiled stove burners and the exterior side of the pizza stove. Observed soiled door gaskets of reach in cooler across of stove.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a bowl being used as scoop for dried black beans and rice.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed several clean post not inverted stored above 3 CS. Per manager, not in use.
  • [22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed black substance and rust build up of rust for the bottom oven. Currently not in use.
  • [11-03-5] Certified Food Manager or person in charge lacks knowledge of employee health policy and health requirements. Explained the BIG 6 and provided handout via email.
