  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed plastic container with no handle to dispense the sauce. Plastic container was discarded.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a dirty container inside hand sink by the dishwasher machine. Employee moved out the container.
  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels stacked on cleaned containers. Employee removed the labels and washed them.
  • [12A-03-4] Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employee returned from the restroom and washed his hands inside prep sink.
  • [02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed plastic container with salt without label. Owner labeled the container.
  • [29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed first reach in cooler ( from left to right ) with standing water at the bottom . Reach in cooler is located in fro t of the fryer.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Observed cooking oil container stored on the kitchen floor , and case of sweet potato fries on walk in cooler floor. Employee moved the food products to different shelves.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed clean food containers with food contact surface up. Employee inverted them.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed spray bottle with chemical product without label at the ware washing area. Employee labeled the bottle.
  • [10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle touching the salt.
