  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Multiple cutting boards in back kitchen area are soiled.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Handwashing sink at front service counter used for storing a soup ladle.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee personal water bottle is stored on dry storage rack near mop sink.
  • [51-16-7] No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Chris N. from plan review stated that new plans have not been submitted to plan review for changes made to the establishment. Most recent plans available were from 2013. Owner has plans drawn but now submitted. Renovations have been made. Establishment has expanded dining room, dry storage, added ovens, added restroom, and increased seating. The establishment added a cargo container with climate control for whole plant food, dairy products, deli products and dry food stored outside the restaurant at back parking lot.
  • [08B-17-4] Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Two crates of unwashed citrus are stored over prepared, seafood salad inside walk-in cooler. Employee relocated seafood salad to an approved location at time of inspection.
