- [21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed on prep counter in the kitchen. Employee removed.
- [02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed spray bottle with clear liquid with no labeled in prep area. Per employee, it is water. Also observed container with bread crumbs not identified by common name. Employee placed a label.
- [53A-02-7] Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification and no other certified food service manager employed at this location. Observed 5 employees engaging in food preparation with no certified manager present during the time of operation. Manager was able arrived to the location.
- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed dirty pan inside hand wash sink in ware wash area. Employee removed.
- [08A-02-6] Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw pork no commercially packaged above ready to eat brownies in the reach in cooler in secondary prep area. Employee removed the brownies.
