  • [08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In stand up reach in freezer across from 3 compartment sink, open bag of raw breaded chicken breast stored on top shelf over ready to eat tater tots and buns. Operator began to rearrange reach in freezer.
  • [33-16-4] Open dumpster lid. On dumpster out back of establishment, side doors to dumpster open and cant not be shut. Operator stated they will call trash company today.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. In back kitchen area attached to table next to coco cola coolers, can open blade soiled with food debris. Also, interior of big soda nozzles on all drink machines in lobby soiled with mold-like substance/slime. Also, interior of ice chute on middle soda machine in lobby soiled with mold-like substance.
  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. In bag- in- box soda room,interior of ice machine soiled with mold-like substance.
  • [33-30-4] Unnecessary items stored in garbage enclosure. Discarded mattress in garbage enclosure next to dumpster and one mattress behind other dumpster.
