  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In vertical refrigerator in storage area- carton of shell eggs above cooked eggs, pitchers of tea, operator moved to bottom shelf.
  • [21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. On front counter by hand wash sink, operator removed discarded.
  • [32-04-4] Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Unisex bathroom next to storage room, door does not self close. Door left open
  • [33-06-4] Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. No trash can in unisex restroom.
  • [52-01-4] Identity of food or food product misrepresented. Lox on menu, case of smoked salmon filet in freezer.
  • [41-27-4] Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Towel bucket hanging on side of table in kitchen - quaternary solution greater than 400 ppm.corrected to 200 ppm.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. In kitchen- pans in sink, tray on top of sink, operator removed all. Ice cubes in sink at front counter.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Operator went from front counter to kitchen, put gloves on to cut bagel, no hand wash. Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty .
  • [02B-02-5] Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Consumer advisory provided and posted at front counter
