  • [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed female employee wearing bracelets while preparing coffee.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled oven knobs and door gaskets of reach on cooler in kitchen.
  • [33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster.

Observed male employee proceed to begin food preparation and cleaning of food contact surfaces with out washing hands or changing gloves after coming inside from outside of restaurant.
