  • [12B-13-4] Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee beverage (Gatorade ) without being identified, inside the reach in freezer with the food that will be sold to the public .
  • [16-33-4] Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer. As evidence of chlorine sanitizer solution too strong. Person in charge checked it and adjusted.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed pots and containers not inverted on shelves. Person in charge inverted them.
  • [08B-54-4] Uncovered food stored near sink exposed to splash. Observed cheese pizzas on a skeleton trolley with no splash guard stored next to handwashing sink exposing food to splash.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed water residue inside clean pots and food containers. Person in charge inverted all of them.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment gaskets in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler ( used to store pizza dough) in disrepair.
