- [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. There are unsecured carbon dioxide tanks next to the bag in box storage. Operator secured the carbon dioxide tanks.
- [08B-20-4] Damaged/spoiled/recalled food not properly segregated. There are 3, 3 liter cans of Roseli olive oil in dry storage with a buildup rust on the tops of the cans. See stop sale.

All other time temperature beverages are at temperature in the cooler.

- [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. There is a garbage can blocking the hand washing sink on the cook line closest to the walk in cooler, next to the steam table. There is a garbage can in front of the hand washing sink in the prep area across from the dish station next to the shelving holding clean pans.there is also a kitchen spoon inside of the same sink. Operator moved the garbage cans and removed the kitchen spoon.
