  • [24-07-4] Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored. Large reach in cooler / make table. Cutting board on floor. Moved by manager.
  • [06-09-1] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Tuna fish in vacuum sealed bag fully thawed out. Has labeling that has/ requires special thawing method. Not cut or removed from bag. 3 bags.
  • [35B-01-4] Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Gap at base of rear door. (Daylight visible ).
  • [35A-09-4] Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. Insects on floor behind ice machine. Cleaned by manager.
  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Tuna fish in vacuum sealed bag fully thawed out. Has labeling that has/ requires special thawing method. Not cut or removed from bag. 3 bags.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Chemical spray bottle over condiments. Moved by manager.
