  • [22-49-4] Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Ran the chlorine dish machine in the front bar a few times. Chlorine testing at 0 PPM. Discussed with person in charge, will use the other two Chlorine dish machines that were testing at 50 PPM while the machine is looked at or serviced.
