Per operator item was removed from walk in cooler less than 1 hour ago. Operator placed in below cooler to chill.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Cooked pork and cooked wontons in walk in cooler not date marked. Per operator items were prepared approximately 1-2 days ago.
