  • [29-07-5] Employee hand wash sink at end of prep line next to meat cooler is hanging off wall, causing a slope that allows water to drip off the sides of the sink onto the floor when used.

  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. -Whole milk (48F - Cold Holding, retemped at 42F); half and half (46F - Cold Holding, retemped at 38F); oatmilk (46F - Cold Holding, retemped at 38F) in reach in cooler across from three compartment sink. Ambient temperature good in cooler, other nonTCS items in cooler temping 43F or below. Operator placed in freezer to rapid chill.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. -cutting boards on prep line reach in coolers are heavily stained and grooved, no longer cleanable.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Cleaning supplies and wiping cloths stored on hand wash sink next to back kitchen.
  • [02D-02-4] Packaged food not labeled as specified by law. Cheesecake in reach in cooler at front counter, accessible to customers, not labeled with common name, name, address, and phone number of where it was made.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle on mop sink containing toxic substance not labeled. Operator labeled black and water.
  • [27-16-4] Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink at end of prep line next to meat cooler. Water temping at 74F.
