Per employee, products were left out at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes to repair an interior shelf. All products moved to walk in cooler and freezer to quickly chill. Also, coleslaw on expo line at 46F. Per employee, coleslaw placed on cold bar one hour prior. Pan is iced on bottom only. Coleslaw moved to walk in cooler to quickly chill.
