  • [35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects Observed two flying insects underneath sink next to dishwasher located in the bar area. Notify supervisor on duty next unannounced inspection. Recommend current professional pest control service to treat area.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed trash can stored in front of hand wash sink on the cook line.
  • [23-24-4] Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed mold like growth around the frame of the door wine reach in cooler (bar area)
  • [02A-01-5] Raw or undercooked oysters offered and establishment has no consumer advisory sign provided on wall, menu, placard, table tent or by any other written means. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Spoke to General Manager given consumer advisory sign for oysters.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs stored directly above homemade ranch dressing stored inside walk in cooler. Manager removed at time of inspection.
  • [14-16-4] Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Observed plastic container cracked on the edge stacked on storage shelves.( back prep line)
