  • [05-09-4] No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no ambient thermometer in reach in cooler with desserts at front counter, owner placed thermometer in reach in cooler.
  • [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed cook with a watch on while preparing orders, cook removed watch.
  • [14-45-4] Cardboard used to line nonfood-contact shelves. Observed cardboard lining shelve different sauces on it in front of kitchen, owner removed.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed pans with water in between them and not air drying properly on shelf.
  • [33-16-4] Open dumpster lid.
  • [36-06-4] Cardboard used on floor as anti-slip measure not replaced every day or when heavily soiled, whichever comes first. Observed soiled cardboard in the walk in cooler on the floor, owner removed.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed plate in a container of potatoes on cook line, employee moved.
  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 12/2025, owner updated license by end of inspection.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed pan of pasta and pan of rice not date marked per operator they were made yesterday morning.
  • [12A-13-4] Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee handle dirty dishes then handle clean dishes without washing hands, educated on proper hand washing.
  • [53A-05-6] No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/ Observed six employees with no certified food manager here, certified food manager came in before end of inspection.
  • [08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken over raw pink salmon in walk in cooler, employee moved.
