  • [02B-01-5] Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Several menu items that are served with raw eggs are not marked indicating the consumer advisory. Operator began to mark menu items and stated new menus will be printed.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a sanitizer bucket inside the handwashing sink at the server prep area. Operator removed sanitizer bucket.
  • [52-02-4] Misrepresentation of a fruit or fruit juice. There is a menu item on the menu "fresh squeezed orange juice" operator stated establishment is buying orange juice from Members Mark brand that is squeezed at Sams Club but has a shelf life of 4 days. Operator stated establishment will notify consumers.
  • [08A-08-5] Raw animal food stored in same container as ready-to-eat food. In the reach in cooler next to the steam table, observed plastic wrapped raw sausage and a plastic container of washed ready to eat blueberries stored in the same fridge compartment container. Discussed cross contamination with operator. Operator rearranged for proper storage.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. On the cook line, observed cooked sausage (91F - Hot Holding); cooked potatoes (74F - Cold Holding). Operator stated foods were reheated about an hour prior to inspection. Operator began to reheat foods on the cook top and stated they will then be moved to the steamer table.
