  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed cell phone inside cleaned plastic containers located at dishwasher machine area. Operator removed it.
  • [21-44-1] Sanitizer bucket stored with food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. Observed sanitation bucket located underneath of front line counter next to bread containers. Operator properly stored it.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Observed plastic containers with raw ground beef, bacon boxes on walk in cooler floor, operator properly stored it.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice cube in hand sink located at the front line. Operator cleaned it.
