- [05-09-4] No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. No ambient thermometer located in cheesecake cooler at front counter.
- [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. One employee working at front counter handling food without proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. The employee read and signed a health reporting agreement during this inspection.

Manager removed the bottle from the shelf during this inspection. 2. Hand soap refills stored on shelf directly above single-use drink cups at front counter. Manager moved the soap during this inspection.

No proof of food handler training available for any employees. All five Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association food handler training certificates provided by the owner expired between 02/24/2026 and 08/02/2026.
