  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Expired on December 1 2025
  • [08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed in lower flip top on cook line raw chicken stored over raw beef. Employee stored correctly. Observed on speed rack raw breaded chicken stored over raw breaded pork. Operator stored correctly.
  • [12A-27-4] Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed employee cracked raw shell egg then handled clean plate without washing hands. Employee washed hands.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hash brown (93-94F - Hot Holding) on cook line shelf. Per operator held out of temperature less than 3 hours. Operator placed on Time Control.
  • [10-20-4] In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. On cook line tongs hanging on oven door handle.
