  • [36-37-5] Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed not smooth ceiling tiles in the kitchen, wade wash and prep areas.
  • [36-17-5] Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed in disrepair tiles next to white upright freezer.
  • [38-01-4] Light shield damaged/in disrepair. Observed missing light shield for fixture in kitchen.
  • [51-13-4] No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Provided to operator via email.
