[22-43-4] Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed Bar Triple Sink (Quaternary 0ppm). Bar employee dumped sink and will bring dishes to wash and sanitize in dish machine.
