  • [11-27-4] Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a bowl and utensils stored inside hand sink kitchen. Employee removed.
  • [02B-01-5] Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed raw smoked salmon offered in the new menu not identified as a raw. Owner put a mark to identify.
  • [16-37-1] No chlorine chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cook chicken container not date marked at reach in cooler. As per manager prepared day prior.
