  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed grill oven cleaner next to bottle of butter in the kitchen on shelf next to oven, operator moved the butter.
  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup around walk in freezer door.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw chicken in a pan over container of cheese in the reach in cooler in kitchen, operator moved the chicken.
  • [10-12-5] In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed 3 ice scoops on top of ice machine in the kitchen which has a dirty surface, operator removed ice scoops to be cleaned and sanitized.
