  • [35B-02-4] Insect control device installed over food preparation area. Observed stored on table with coffee, juice and mugs are stored at buffet area.
  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed missing at mop sink with added splitter.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed for service plates and bowls at buffet area.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed at buffet area milk (122F - Hot Holding). As per operator less than 4 hours.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed prep counter island in kitchen soiled with food residue with no active preparation taking place.
  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed throughout kitchen area.
  • [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed operator unable to provide training for any employee
  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed stored in mop bucket at mop sink.
