  • [12B-13-4] Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee monster drink in make cooler on the cooks line across from the stoves , employees moved drink to appropriate location.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.Operator did not have the correct test strips for chlorine at time of inspection , manager said they will order some soon.
