Employee washed dishes then took them out of sanitizer and didnt wash hands, explained to him and he washed hands

- [25-06-4] Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Pizza inserts not inverted on storage shelf, manager inverted them
- [41-21-4] Original container of toxic substance or chemical does not bear the manufacturers label. Yellowish liquid by mop sink, employee discarded it, stated it was sanitizer
- [53A-07-6] No certified food manager for establishment. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/. Mgr here could not find it
