[23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in freezer gasket soiled in front of hand wash sink at kitchen area. Observed gasket cleaned at the time of inspection.
[36-27-5] Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed walls soiled behind waffle preparation table at cook line.
