Ask for restaurant procedures for cooking bacon found out must be cooked to 145°f, recommend Manager to follow correct procedures.

  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed old food debris underneath the flat grill on the cook line.

  • [36-27-5] Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Observed walls near the ice machine top panel has mold like growth.
