  • [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine chlorine 0ppm. Manager moved the line further down into the sanitizer and primed the machine, then 50ppm. Manager resanitized the dishes during this inspection.
  • [36-51-4] Building components, attachments or fixtures in poor repair. 1. Hole in ceiling near walk-in cooler. 2. Hole in door in kitchen.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Ziplock bag containing frozen soup missing date mark inside reach-in freezer. Manager stated the soup was made on Friday and added the proper date mark during this inspection.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap available at handwash sink in bar area. An employee replenished the soap during this inspection.
  • [14-47-4] Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Shelving below prep tables near walk-in cooler lined with torn foil.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Pan containing raw hamburger meat stored on shelf inside reach-in cooler at cookline directly above container of garlic. The raw hamburger meat was moved to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. 1. Employees phone stored on prep surface at cookline. 2. Employees cigarettes stored on shelf beside club soda in dry storage room. Manager removed both items during this inspection.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Gasket coming loose on reach-in freezer door.
