Discussed with operator that product must be removed from packaging prior to thawing, per operator placed in water 30 minutes earlier, employee began removing from packaging.

  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Clean plastic food storage tubs stored over three compartment sink stacked while wet.
