Observed multiple employees wash hands with cold water at hand wash sink across from front counter. Water ran for several minutes and only 73F-75F. Other hand wash sink on cook line, water is more than 85F. Operator stated it clogged somewhere in line and is getting it serviced.
[22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting board at sandwich make station at front and back counter soiled/ stained. Also, blade on wedger on clean storage shelf has accumulation of debris. Also, white deflector plate in large ice machine slightly soiled.
