- [36-36-4] Ceiling tile missing. Above range hood ventilation.
- [55-01-5] Establishment charging operational charges without properly disclosing the information on the menu/web/app and the bill/receipt. New Florida law requires operator to inform guest of operational credit card fee prior to ordering, not on menus. Gave operator flyer.
- [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Clean bins with old labels on drying rack, moved to wash.
