[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In glass door reach in cooler Chili, beef at 44-47F. Person in charge states has been in and out of unit. Moved to reach in freezer and retemped at 43-45F by end of inspection.

[52-13-4] Establishment advertised a specific brand of a product, but used another brand. Menu states Hebrew National all beef frank, is serving block and barrel all beef hot dog. Unable to provide invoice within 30 days for Hebrew National. Person in charge posted sign stating no longer serving Hebrew National during inspection until menu can be changed.
[36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors near ice machine/ water heater with debris buildup.
[14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Reach in freezer with ice cream with ice buildup.
[12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee handle raw beef with gloved hands, then change gloves and handle ready to eat oil spray without hand wash after removing gloves. Person in charge spoke to employee during inspection.
