- [08B-56-4] Food stored in ice used for drinks. Container of lemons and cherries in drink ice at fountain area. Removed during this inspection.
- [14-47-4] Nonfood-contact equipment exposed to splash/spillage not constructed of materials that are corrosion resistant, non-absorbent, smooth and easily cleanable. Blue cloth over lights on ceiling. Block of wood on floor behind trash can. Clothes were removed.
- [10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Ice cream toppings (heath, oreos, gummy bears, M&Ms) have scoop handles inside.
- [12A-28-4] Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Female employee touched apron then continued to scoop ice cream without washing hands. Spoke with employee.
