[01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Precooked chicken breast past 7 day date mark requirement dated 6/24/25.

[36-73-4] Floors, walls, and/or ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Some grease buildup under/around fryer.
[33-15-4] Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Missing/broken left dumpster lid.
[23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Soda plates at self service dispenser with debris buildup.
[25-06-4] Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Single service utensils not inverted or protected in dining room.
[29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. At mop sink observed leak clean water supply pipe when water is turned on.

In walk in cooler observed these items out of temperature, bacon (49cold holding); tempeh (cold holding 47F); tomatos sliced (cold holding 47F); .Walk in door was not latched shut, spoke to operator, door was sealed. Took ambient temp and end of inspection, 38F. Operator states called for service on unit.
[31A-10-4] Equipment drain line draining into handwash sink. Observed drain line in hand wash sink in kitchen.
[11-27-4] Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. No literature for vomit clean up procedures, gave operator paper copies.
[31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Cup and scoop in hand sink used as storage. Employee removed upon request.
[51-16-7] No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
