  • [35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects found. Observed 1 fly landing on an open container of panko breading in the kitchen. The operator discarded the panko breading.

  • [16-21-4] Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Observed the top exterior of the dishmachine soiled with an accumulation of debris.
  • [08B-54-4] Uncovered food stored near sink exposed to splash. Observed a metal pan of panko breading crumbs stored underneath a soap dispenser exposed to drips and splash at the hand sink near the expo line. The panko crumbs were discarded by the operator.
  • [22-45-4] Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed an employee wash, rinse, then put away a metal sheet tray without sanitizing. The operator returned the tray to the dish area.
  • [24-28-4] Clean equipment stored underneath dripping air duct lines in the kitchen
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed discarded ice inside of the handwashing sink in the server alley behind the bar.
  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed the Division of Hotels and Restaurants license on display expired 12/1/2024.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed deli turkey (52F - Cold Holding) stored stacked above the fill line in the top section of the reach in cooler at the salad station. The operator stated the cooked turkey has been held for approximately 2 hours. The operator emptied half of the contents and stored in the lower portion of the reach in cooler. Observed liquid pasteurized egg (70F - Cold Holding) in the kitchen at the breading station. The operator stated the egg wash had been held for approximately 2.5 hours. The operator voluntarily discarded the pasteurized egg. The operator was emailed a time as public health control form.
  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed 1 fly landing on an open container of panko breading in the kitchen. The operator discarded the panko breading.
