  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. In kitchen area, 2 packs of goat thawing in standing water. Operator turned on cold water.
  • [25-05-4] Single-service articles improperly stored. In back storage room, case of togo items stored on floor. Operator moved to shelf.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. In kitchen, chemical spray bottle in handwash sink. Operator removed spray bottle.
  • [32-04-4] Bathroom located inside establishment not completely enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors. Both restrooms missing door closers.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. In back storage room, case of oil stored on floor. Operator moved to shelf.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. At front counter and in kitchen area, gaskets on reach-in coolers have black mold-like substance. Operator cleaned all gaskets.
