Observed frozen conch commercially packaged being thawed without running water at prep sink. Operator corrected.

- [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed clean utensils in standing water inside kitchen area less than 135F. Operator removed.
- [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed to paper towel at hand wash sink attached to prep station. Operator provided.
