Manager coached employee on proper hand washing and gloves use, employee washed hands hands an then proceeded to put gloves on.
  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed frozen fish thawing in standing water. Operator placed fish container under cold running water water.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed plastic container stored inside hand washing sink. Operator removed container from inside hand wash sink.
