  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hood filters soiled.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener blade soiled.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cooked pork stored in the walk in cooler without a date mark. As per operator food was prepared 2 days before the inspection.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink, located near the dishwasher area. During the inspection employee employee provided a new paper towel.
