Self service items in grab and go cooler several are missing minimum labeling requirements.
[08A-02-6] Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In white reach in freezer raw Philly meat no longer commercially packaged stored over open package of fully cooked chicken. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.
[16-16-4] Equipment and utensils not rinsed between washing and sanitizing. Observed employee wash dishes, then add directly to sanitizer without rinse step. Person in charge coached employee to rewash, rinse and sanitize during inspection.
[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cheese stored above fill line in make line at 50F. Person in charge removed excess. Recommend utilizing deeper pan.

[01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed mahi thawed in vacuum sealed packaging with instructions to remove from packaging with no oxygen introduced.
[05-06-4] Probe thermometer not accurate within plus or minus 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed operators probe thermometer at 40F in ice water. Person in charge calibrated during inspection.
[02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed chili made Wednesday with no date mark.
[14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed fan in stand up reach in cooler missing cover.
[29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed water leaking under pipe at triple sink. Person in charge added catch bucket until pipe can be repaired.
[50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 6.1.25. Verified ownership.
[22-54-4] Equipment and utensils rinsed after the application of the sanitizer solution. Establishment has triple sink set up incorrectly at time of inspection. Is sanitizing items, then rinsing and air drying. Reviewed sanitizing method with operator during inspection. Provided handout.
[08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In stand up reach in cooler observed raw chicken over package of muffins. Also, observed raw bacon stored over cut and unwashed produce in reach in cooler. Also, observed no longer commercial packaged Philly meat over sealed avocado in reach in freezer. Person in charge began rearranging.
[21-07-4] Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket at 0ppm. Person in charge remade to 100ppm.
