  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants License: Establishment observed preparing, serving, or selling food to customers with an expired license.
  • [24-07-4] Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored: container with cooking utensils sitting under hood suppression box with food/grease dripping on them and one with a dirty extension cord touching it. Owner/Operator removed the dirty utensils, placed them in the 3cs, and relocated the container.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times: hand-wash sink had items stored in it. Additionally, the hes was very dirty. Owner/Operator removed the items. COMPLIED. Sink not yet cleaned.
