  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Cell phone on prep table. Observed operator correct violations in order to meet inspection standards.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Door gasket on walk in cooler torn and in need of replacement. Gasket on small rch in freezer is torn
  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer, inside small rch in freezer outside back door and small rch in freezer in kitchen
  • [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. After three attempts at the surface of the plate Dishwasher (Chlorine 00ppm). Operator set up three compartment sink Triple Sink (Chlorine 100ppm) This is a repeat violation from the previous inspection dated 05-20-2026
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In server area butter pads (58 F - Cold Holding), per operator for less than two hours. Provided operator with Time As Control form DBPR Form HR 5022-090 and operator placed food on time during inspection.
