Items stored in warmer across from office: chicken (125F,133F - Cold Holding). Manager stated chicken placed in warmer thirty minutes prior to temperature being taken.   • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Blade of can opener on prep table across from walk-in cooler. Water nozzle for drive thru tea machine.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Containers of soap stored above clean pans on shelf above three compartment sink. Manager had employee move containers of soap to another shelf.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Green scrub pad stored in hand washing sink next to three compartment sink. Manager removed scrub pad during inspection.
