Employee stated items were in unit for two hours. In reach in unit at bar: half and half creamer (52F - Cold Holding). Employee stated cream was in unit for two days. Stop sale issued.
  • [08B-49-4] Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee lunchbox on shelf over cheesecake in beer cooler. Moved during this inspection.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Plates near pass thru with food contact surface up. Plates at bar with food contact surface up.
  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. In reach in drawer cooler at bar: half and half creamer (52F - Cold Holding) for two days.
  • [10-01-5] In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Scoop handle in ice at bar. Also, knife between two prep tables. All were during this inspection.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Hood filters soiled with grease and dust.
  • [36-22-4] Floor area(s) covered with standing water. On floor in walk in beer cooler.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Hand sink in server station with no sign. Hand wash sink in expo station with no sign. Manager added signs.
