Employee wearing gloves cracked raw shell eggs and stir ready to eat gravy, and touched sliced yellow cheese using same gloves. After manager instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
[12A-10-4] Employee touched bare body part and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee touched nose while wearing gloves , then touched clean spatula to serve cooked potatoes, using same gloves. After manager instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
