Observed the following items out of temperature at front of cooks line: sour cream (56F - Cold Holding); coleslaw (55F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (58F - Cold Holding). Observed the following items items out of temperature at the pizza station: sliced mozzarella (50F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (48F - Cold Holding. Operator stated items had been placed out 2.5 prior moved all items to walk-in cooler and reach-in cooler.
