Operator states pizzas have been on rack for approximately 2 hours, instructed operator to mark items to be discarded at end of 4 hours
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Prep area hand wash sink blocked by dough mixer, racks. Operator moved items and made hand wash sink accessible
