Observed fish in reduced oxygen packaging at Walk in Cooler. Operator removed the fish from reduced oxygen packaging.

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed 0ppm on test strip due to empty container. Operator replaced with full container and corrected to 50ppm.
